An Indian government school creates history, Ratlam's CM rise awarded World's top  3 award

Ratlam@newsmpg       For the first time, Ratlam and government education department has created a history by claiming a potition of top 3 in the world. The CM Rise government school in Ratlam Madhya Pradesh has been awarded by this prestigious award. Announcement was made by the 'T for Education' organisation from U.S.A. which was anounced virtually. 


As the announcement was made not only the staff or the degnitries present but the students and their parents danced with proud smiles on the faces. Its worth commenting most of the students comes from the marginalized sections of the society for whome this school, their innovative methods and form of teaching and now this unprecedented achievement has changed their lives. CM Rise Vinoba school defeated top private and government schools not only in India but, 100 countries of the world. It has secured fourth place among the top-10 schools in The World's Best School Prize-2024. Internationally recongnized and prestigious education awards competition is organized every year by the prestigious institution of USA - named T for Education. The awards were announced on Thursday in a live conference from the USA, which was also seen by installing LED in CM Rise School located in Vinoba Nagar.

The MSME minister of State Mr. Chaitanya Kashyap, Mayor Ratlam Prahlad Patel, Nagar Nigam Council president Manisha Sharma, DEO KC Sharma were also prenest along with the staff, students and their parents who celebrated alongwith. Principal Secretary School Education Rashmi Arun Shami, Commissioner Public Education Shilpa Gupta, Director Public Education DS Kushwaha congratulated the school on its success.

International jury tested schools 

School's vice principle Gajendra singh Rathore told the media that the competition organised by T for education had 5 different categories - community participation, environmental activism, creativity, success in adverse circumstances and healthy work style. among thousands of schools from 100 countries of the world the jury tested every school's performance on many criteria. CM Rise School of Ratlam participated in the competition on behalf of India with special preparations. The school achieved this position by crossing the parameters set by the international jury on several criteria.

T for Education had sought detailed applications in various categories from participating schools in February 2024. School's vice principal and President Award-winning teacher Gajendra Singh Rathore was selected as the school leader in the innovation category as a shortlisted school. After this, an hour-long online interview was taken by international educationists. After being re-selected from here, document-based evaluation was done.

light House left these countries behind

Ratlam's CM Rise has secured the position for India along with United States of America, Thailand and Brazil. While schools of Chile, Kenya, Italy, Mexico, United Kingdom are in the top 10. Before this, Vinoba School is also the Light House School declared by the Education Department of Madhya Pradesh for studies, sports and overall development of students.

most important was Cycle of Growth

The hard work and methods of Vice Principal Rathore were the most important in winning the award. It was named Cycle of Growth. After joining Vinoba School 2 years ago, the institution worked on the low attendance and lack of efficiency of students. A positive plan of team huddle and capsule training, class room monitoring, one on one feedback, reward and recognition was made for the professional development of teachers. Regular events like Learning Showcase, Srujan Mela, Community Visit, Project Based Learning were organized to display the work of students. CM Rise Schools were started only two years ago. Out of 577 students of the school which runs in both English and Hindi medium from 1st to 12th, 545 students remained associated with the activity at some level throughout the year.
